Landscape Design

Our team of expert landscape creators will help you explore all possibilities for your yard and outdoor living areas. We help you reimagine your outdoor spaces with our simple process.

Initial Consultation: Step one is meeting with Sean Burke, owner of Legendary Backyards, at your home or office. Sean will listen to your ideas, offer suggestions, and start creating a plan based on your goals, budget, wants and needs.

Design Process: Once Sean has a good idea of what your goals and budget are, he will work with his team to design your landscaping project on paper and computer drawings. He may include pictures of the plants, mulch, rocks, trees, artificial turf, and other items that our team is recommended in your proposal packet.

Plan Review: After your Initial Consultation and Design Process, Sean will meet with you to reveal his plans for your outdoor space. If you love it, we move to Installation. If you need to tweak or change something, he will go back to the drawing board and update our proposal packet. Once we are finished, we will re-reveal your project.

Landscape Installation

Installation: Once your plans and budget are firmly established and approved, our select team of expert landscape installers will start installing your landscaping project, on-time and with a smile, to make your dreams a reality.

Communication: We'll communicate clearly and frequently during the entire installation process so that you know our time table. This will help you to plan your life around our work.

Respectful: Our team will conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while at your home or office. We will never smoke, drink alcohol, use drugs, or even use fowl language on your property. We treat client with the respect and dignity that we appreciate receiving from others.

Project Completion: When your project is complete, we'll walk you through your new landscaping and explain everything you need to know for maintenance and maximum enjoyment. If you need anything, or have questions, after the job is complete, feel free to contact us anytime for a prompt reply.

Landscape Maintenance

Future Work: We hope to continue working with you for years to come on landscape maintenance and other landscaping projects that arise. Our goal is to exceed your expectations at every step of this amazing and exciting process.

Maintenance Intervals: Quarterly, Seasonal, and Annual Maintenance available. We re-mulch and dye existing mulch to keep your beds looking great year round.

Seasonal & Event Cleanup: This can be scheduled regularly or a one-time visit at your request for a special occasion. We will clean up your yard and get it ready for show. This may include edging, mulching, weeding, pruning, removing leaves and other debris and more.

Seasonal Color Rotations: We can change out your beds for Summer and Winter months. Add annuals, bulbs, and fall plantings. We can help you stay up-to-date with the most recent trends and make your yard a showcase any time of year. 

Irrigation and Lighting Systems: We can help maintain your lighting and irrigation systems to keep your landscaping looking great day and night.

Maintenance
